Order Processing

All products sold by Nitrox Republic are made on demand and fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Because each item is custom-produced, please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships. Processing times may vary depending on the product type and current order volume.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves the Printful facility.

Standard Shipping — Free

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days after processing, depending on your location and the fulfillment facility your order ships from.

Expedited Shipping — Paid

Expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee, paid by the customer. Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days after processing, depending on your location.

Exact expedited shipping costs and delivery estimates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address and the items in your cart.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link. If you haven't received tracking information within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@nitroxrepublic.com.

Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide. Printful fulfills orders from a global network of facilities and automatically routes your order to the location best suited to print and ship it. If a Printful facility isn't located near your delivery address, international orders may take longer to arrive than the standard delivery estimate above. Any applicable customs fees, import duties, or taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Multiple Items, Multiple Packages

If your order contains multiple items, they may be printed and shipped from different facilities depending on the products ordered. This means your items may arrive in separate packages and at slightly different times. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.

Delays

While we and our fulfillment partner work hard to meet estimated delivery times, shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, and other events outside our control can occasionally cause delays. We are not able to guarantee exact delivery dates, and we are not liable for delays once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to modify an order once it has entered production, and we are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us right away at support@nitroxrepublic.com and we will do our best to update it before production begins.
